Teams 2 and 3 came to learn and did just that! 🔵 Sr. Public Speaking - Trystin earned a BLUE Ribbon for his speech over Rotational Grazing! 🟣 Extemporaneous - 3rd place Laken has qualified for state a SECOND time in Extemp. and 2nd place Klayton has made his debut in the blue jacket and QUALIFIED for state! Congratulations to all! The next LDE contest is Dec. 10th. 😁

Congratulations to the DCS Mock Trial Team , Region 3 Champions and State Qualifiers with a win over McCook. DCS JV team challenged DCS 1 in the second round after taking a victory over the Maywood team. Good season!

Many of the third and fourth graders took part in the MONA Virtual Pumpkin Decorating contest held on October 31. Pumpkin decorating took place in Art Class with Mrs Zarkowski

5th grade quiz bowl team getting ready for competition at Maywood

The DCS grade school was honored to receive a visit from some of our veterans today. Students were able to thank them for their service as the veterans walked through the hallway and into some of the classrooms.

The third grade wrote thank you letters for veterans, and some even hand delivered their letters. Thank you, Veterans!
